NGS & Spatial Data Analyst (m|f|d)

Your role

In order to treat serious diseases and develop new research products researchers at Miltenyi work on immuno-oncology-related projects that require in-depth analysis of various kinds of NGS data. These data are analyzed and interpreted by the NGS Bioinformatics team. For that purpose we combine cutting edge research data science and artificial intelligence.

• As part of our NGS Bioinformatics team you analyze complex next-generation sequencing (NGS) datasets to extract meaningful biological insights in the context of cancer treatment.
• Performing advanced analysis of high-content multiomic spatial imaging data generated by MACSima technology is a crucial part of the role.
• Collaboration with R&D scientists and software engineers to develop and implement innovative bioinformatics methods tailored to project needs is part of your responsibility.
• By documenting interpreting and presenting analytical results in English you will be ensuring clarity and alignment with project requirements.
• You will be in charge of constructing reliable customized as well as standardized analysis pipelines.
