You'll be joining the Product Growth and Monetization Team, whose goal is to optimize monetization across digital products.

As Product Manager of the AdTech Demand Channels team, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing demand systems to maximize yield.

The team is focused on the implementation of new ad products, exploiting the functionalities of our Ad Server and optimizing tech integrations.

In this position, you work within our hybrid model Highly Remote . You can work mostly remote within Germany. You can find all information here.

The contractually agreed place of work will be Unterföhring near Munich or Berlin. Possible travel costs to the place of work will not be reimbursed.

This position is limited until the end of April 2025 due to parental leave.

What you can expect in this role

• In close collaboration with the tech lead you will manage the overall roadmap, as well as the backlog and daily business of the Demand Channels team
• You prioritize opportunities according to impact on business objectives, effort, and confidence, and facilitate roadmap discussions
• You continuously refine and reprioritize product backlog items depending on continuous feedback and collaborate closely with the team and stakeholders to ensure the Product Backlog is transparent, correctly prioritized and understood
• You identify potential for revenue optimization from a business perspective and convert them into clear specifications and acceptance criteria for your tech team
• Also, you define and monitor team-specific success KPIs and give the team direction by setting business goals as well as sprint goals
• You actively manage stakeholders and interfaces and communicate with other Product Managers, representatives from our sales house Seven.

One Media as well as external service providers from the Ad Tech Industry with the main goal to increase advertising revenue

Your essential experience and education

• You have experience as a product owner or project manager in a digital, data-driven industry, best case in the Video advertising sector
• Ideally, you have already gathered sound professional experience in the Advertising industry, preferably with a focus on Instream video advertising and even with the Google Ad Manager and related Google Products
• You have a good technical understanding and the ability to grasp complex problems quickly and work through them in a structured manner
• You enjoy the agile way of working and are fluent in communicating with local and international team members, partners and other stakeholders in both German and English
• You have outstanding organizational & motivational skills and your enthusiasm allows you to work in a solution-oriented manner
• Common tools of digital project and product management, e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro, PowerPoint or similar as well as agile working methods (Scrum / Kanban,) are daily business for you
