Our client, a global leader in NavCom solutions within the maritime industry, is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join their dynamic Deepsea department.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service in the maritime sector.
What will you be doing?
As the Business Development Manager, you will strategically advance business performance, cultivate growth, and expand market presence in the Deep-Sea Business sector.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Staying updated on market developments and responding proactively.
- Negotiating equipment sales, contracts, exploring partnerships, and driving sales growth.
- Leading sales teams for both direct and indirect customer segments.
- Developing geographic expansion and sales strategies.
- Engaging with clients at all levels to influence purchasing decisions.
- Optimizing processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Acting as an ambassador, maintaining relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- Generating leads, ensuring timely follow-up, and registering opportunities.

- Proficiency in NavCom technologies at all levels.
- Comprehensive understanding of marine systems across projects and services.
- Flexibility and responsiveness to changes in the market or industry landscape.
- A forward-thinking mindset to anticipate future trends and opportunities.
- Experience in developing business and sales strategies.
- A Master’s degree in relevant technical and business processes.
- Experience in managing and negotiating high-value technical projects and contracts and their terms and conditions.
