You will have the opportunity to contribute to the future of employees alongside experienced and supportive team members.
- You familiarize yourself with the role of an internal consultant by actively contributing in various projects : we focus on topics such as Competence Management, Leadership, Collaboration, Change and Transformation.
- Furthermore, you contribute to designing and delivering training programs, facilitating communication and collaboration among teams.
- Last but not least, you get the chance to put your moderation skills to the test with moderation of internal workshops and sessions with management attendance.
- Qualifications *Education : *studies in the field ofEconomics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Cultural Studies (e.
g. Media Science, Communication Studies, Sociology etc.) or comparable study programs and practical experience* *Experience and Knowledge : * experience in project management is an asset* *Personality and Working Practice : * creative, with strong communication and analytical skills, diligent, organized, with a structural approach, a team player* *Work Routine : *you will be part of hybrid work conditions i.
