We are actively seeking an experienced and accomplished Senior Client Engagement Representative, EMEA to support our client-focused initiatives in EMEA and more specifically in the German-speaking countries.
The ideal candidate would have a few years of experience in Global Mobility . The selected candidate will assume a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing robust client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for strategic expansion in this key market.
Responsibilities :
1. Client Relationship Management and Delivery :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
- Regularly evaluate client satisfaction and proactively identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Undertake frequent travel to meet clients and prospects, participating in regional meetings and events.
- Strong focus and attention to detail to ensure data is correctly analyzed and delivered according to client schedule.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to comprehensively understand product / service offerings and align them with evolving client needs.
- Stay abreast of trends in expatriate compensation and international HR management through attendance at conferences and periodic reviews with management.
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation for all clients, outlining and updating client procedures, technologies, methodologies, reporting formats, etc.
2. Sales Leadership :
- Formulate and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, meticulously working towards achieving revenue targets.
- Invest in the mobility community to grow relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Lead the development and presentation of proposals, demonstrating an intricate understanding of client needs and AIRINC products and services.
- Present regularly in webinars and in person events on key market trends.
3. Collaboration :
- Foster a positive working environment, promoting collaboration and cohesion among team members.
- Interact extensively with various organizational departments to gain comprehensive exposure and insights into the business environment.
- Act as a conduit for the active dissemination of client information, policies, and procedures across the organization.
Qualifications :
- Essential Fluency in German and English
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in business, International Relations, or a related field (MBA is advantageous).
- Demonstrate proven experience in client engagement and sales leadership, preferably within the mobility industry.
- Exhibit a profound understanding of client relationship management and the ability to develop effective strategies.
- Proven experience in problem-solving roles, demonstrating the ability to analyze complex issues and assist with technical implementations.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable adapting to rapidly changing priorities and deadlines.
- 3+ years of mobility experience.
- Role : Working remotely in Germany (employed via the Belgium office) and must have the right to work’.
