Deine Aufgaben

Du schreibst sauberen, hochwertigen, leistungsstarken und wartbaren Code

Du unterstützt beim Testen und Einführen neuer Funktionalitaeten

Du teilst dein Wissen im gesamten Team bei Dailies, im Pair Programming oder bei Code-Reviews und bist dabei ein Vorbild für hohe Code-Qualität.

Du bist hilfsbereit und unterstützt, wo du gebraucht wirst.

Du baust robuste Schnittstellen zu diversen externen Systemen auf.

Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team strukturierst, diskutierst, und schätzt Du die Aufwände der technischen Realisierung unserer fachlichen Anforderungen.

Du evaluierst Frameworks, Libraries und Tools auf Basis deiner Erfahrungen, baust PoC’s und optimierst so bestehende Lösungen und Prozesse.

Du hast Erfahrung in der Backend Entwicklung (z.B. Go) in einem agilen Team gesammelt

• Ein Selbstverständnis moderner Software Crafting Methoden (z.B. Clean Code, TDD, Architekturprinzipien). No Feature without Tests!
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit mind. einer relationalen SQL-Datenbank (z. B. PostgreSQL)
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• Du möchtest dein Wissen weitergeben und hast Lust etwas mit uns zu bewegen

Should have :

Du bringst erste Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mobiler Anwendungen mit (z.B. Flutter)

Erfahrung mit Infrastruktur und ein Interesse an Cloud-Themen sind von Vorteil (Cloud Services mit AWS / GCloud, Kubernetes oder Docker)

Could have :

• Erfahrung in der Anbindung von Finanzprodukten oder Finanzinfrastrukturanbietern
• Deutsch ist ein nice to have.

Your tasks

You help develop our product at all levels.

You share your knowledge with the entire team during dailies, pair programming or code reviews and are a role model for high code quality.

You are helpful and supportive wherever you are needed.

You build robust interfaces to various external systems.

Together with your team, you structure, discuss and estimate the effort involved in the technical realization of our functional requirements.

You evaluate frameworks, libraries and tools based on your experience, build PoCs and optimize existing solutions and processes.

Must-have :

Product mindset : It is important to you that our users are enthusiastic about our features

Du have gained experience in backend development (e.g. Go) in an agile team

• Have an understanding of modern software crafting methods (e.g. clean code, TDD, architecture principles). *No feature without tests!
• You are confident in working with at least one relational SQL database (e.g. PostgreSQL)
• Very good knowledge of English
• You want to pass on your knowledge and want to make a difference with us

Should have :

You have some experience in the development of mobile applications (e.g. Flutter)

Experience with infrastructure and an interest in cloud topics are an advantage (cloud services with AWS / GCloud, Kubernetes or Docker)

Could have :

• Experience in connecting financial products or financial infrastructure providers
• German is a nice to have.
