My client is a top player in the market of CRM SaaS solutions. With approximately 350 employees, the company has been developing modern software solutions in the areas of CRM, marketing automation, AI and machine learning for world renowned companies in various industries (such as retail, banking and insurance) since 1996.
The company has a special working culture with many degrees of freedom and is now going through a large growth phase due to a new investor.
They are therefore seeking Junior Developers to join one of their various offices across Germany...
Your core tasks :
- Support of customer-specific development in the complete solution cycle : from business analysis to introduction and customer roll-out
- Programming in Java with a focus on the back-end
- Documentation of the code and third-level support
- Collaboration with an interdisciplinary and agile team (project managers, DevOps engineers, etc.)
Your profile :
- A successfully completed degree (BA / MA), ideally with a technical focus (computer science or business informatics) or training as an IT specialist for application development
- Initial experience in programming and project management from internships, training or first (part-time) professional activity
- Good self-organisation and interest in taking on responsibility at an early stage
- Willingness for continuous further development
