With the Digital Transformation Office, we create added value for our entire Mercedes-Benz IT organization and help solve problems with our diverse skills by bringing together experience from information technology, software development, data science and business administration.

The focus is on supporting the Mercedes-Benz digital transformation program ProgramX.

• As a new intern in our team, you will be fully involved - from idea to realization!
• Active participation in projects with high visibility in the company

• You will gain cross-divisional and cross-topic insights into the digital transformation program
• You will work in an interdisciplinary team with a common goal in mind
• You will be able to build your own company-wide network

These are some of the challenges you will face

• Supporting the planning, management and implementation of digitalization projects
• Helping to shape the objectives and strategy of the ProgramX digital transformation program
• Supporting the preparation and follow-up of workshops using agile methods
• Application of agile project management methods in a motivated environment
• Collaboration with various specialist departments and external service providers
• Active co-design and support of internal communication channels

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business informatics, business administration, corporate communications or a comparable course of study
• Proficient in written and spoken English and German
• Confident handling of MS Office (Teams, OneNote, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
• Very good analytical skills and a structured way of working
• First practical experience in project management or digitization desirable
• Committed and structured way of working
• Willingness to learn and reliability
• Strong communication skills, initiative and team spirit

Working hours : Full-time / h

The contract has a duration of 6 months, ideally from September , 4. An individual start date (earlier / later) can be discussed.
