YOUR ROLE

• Lead the finance work stream for international buy-side and sell-side M&A projects across all business units
• Coordinate and execute finance due diligence processes and steer external advisors
• Translate financial due diligence findings into key decision maker customized communication
• Review transaction agreements from a financial perspective
• Coordinate all finance related integration matters post-closing
• Ensure corporate governance throughout the process

YOUR SKILLS

• University degree in finance, accounting, or controlling
• Several years of M&A and finance, accounting or controlling experience, preferably at a multinational corporate
• Advanced experience in MS Excel and in working analytically with structured data
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Highly motivated, reliable team player with a performance mindset
• Fluent English language skills, German language skills are beneficial
