RED is pleased to be working with a global manufacturing business, searching for an experienced Salesforce Consultant for IT to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.

Strong Process design and IT background in Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution is required.

Our client is a global leading player within their field. They are dedicated to high standards of environmental responsibility and sustainability.

Their products are recyclable and produced from the most sustainable sources available on the market.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Driving continuous improvement and design of complex CRM solutions, collaborating with global process owners and business partners (in projects rollouts or Salesforce template enhancements)
  • Consulting on the design of proper IT-based solutions and optimization of CRM processes to meet quality standards and availability.
  • Responsible in defining technical specifications for software development, including standards, design patterns, test cases, and scenarios, as well as managing the lifecycle of the designed solutions.
  • Defining requirements specifications and actively support the agile implementation process by participating in refinement sessions, sprint ceremonies, and testing sessions to ensure successful acceptance.
  • Conducting potential analyses for new features introduced in regular Salesforce releases and evaluate their impact on OneCRM.
  • Continuously explore relevant innovations and emerging technologies to uncover further potential enhancements.

Key requirements :

  • Several years of experience in implementing, designing, and improving IT-Based CRM Processes in international global organisations with strong knowledge in Salesforce.
  • Strong experience and excellent know-how in Salesforce and its integration with other IT solutions
  • Expertise in CRM business processes and good knowledge in project management concepts and tools e.g. Jira, MS Project, Service Now, Scrum (agile), Prince2
  • Higher university degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent degree; ideally Salesforce certified.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills within IT and towards business at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to collaborative in a team
  • Fluent English language, German is a great advantage.
  • Willingness to travel across global site.
