Die WHU sucht zur Unterstützung des International Relations Office am Standort Vallendar zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine studentische Aushilfskraft (w / m / d).
Bei der Stelle handelt es sich um eine geringfügige Beschäftigung auf Minijob-Basis mit einer durchschnittlichen wöchentlichen Arbeitszeit von 5 Stunden.
Sie ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet, mit der Option auf Verlängerung.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der administrativen Abwicklung des Erasmus+ Programms, z. B. Listenpflege, Dokumentenmanagement
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen, z.B. der Welcome Week, Regional Tour, European Summer Program
- Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten, z.B. Anlegen von Ordnern, Erstellen von Präsentationen
Ihr Profil
- Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, besonders im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten, sowie Verlässlichkeit
- Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- IT-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Interkulturelle Erfahrung (z.B. Berufserfahrung im Ausland / Auslandsstudium)

General information
The International Relations Office invites applications for the position of Student Assistant (f / m / d) located at WHU Campus Vallendar, starting as soon as possible.
The position is a mini-job’ with an average weekly working time of 5 hours. It is limited to one year, with the option of extension.
Your mission
- Support in the administrative management of the Erasmus+ program, e.g. list maintenance, document management
- Support in the preparation and implementation of events, e.g. Welcome Week, Regional Tour, European Summer Program
- General office tasks, e.g. creating folders, creating presentations
Your profile
- Meticulous work ethic, especially when dealing with sensitive data, as well as reliability
- Good organizational skills
- IT knowledge (MS-Office)
- Strong communication skills in English and German
- Intercultural experience (e.g. living abroad, studying abroad)
