Application Manager / System Administrator / IT Specialist (m / f / d)

Part-time (50%) with later option to go full-time

As part of a small team, you will support the specialist application IFAS of the Bavarian Trade Supervisory Authority as well as our data exchange platform IAGA (e-file) and SharePoint as an information platform.

The specific administrative tasks of the specialist application also include understanding the technical concerns of the trade supervisory authority.

Cooperation with government agencies (ministries and trade supervisory offices) rounds off your day-to-day work. As part of second-level support, you will resolve queries from users or forward them to the developer.

Versatile tasks that challenge you

• Supporting our administration and second-level support for the specialist applications of the Bavarian Trade Supervisory Authority, in particular
• Data exchange with government agencies, corporations and companies
• General data maintenance
• Support for the digitization of occupational health and safety administration :
• Participation in the implementation of the digitalization strategy of the Bavarian Trade Supervisory Authority
• Communication with software manufacturers
• Support and participation in DMS data management
• Administration and user support as well as data management of the exchange platform of the Bavarian Trade Supervisory Authority
• Cooperation with the Bavarian IT service center in the support and migration of the servers managed there
• Creation of internal process descriptions for the specialist application area
• Project controlling and checking internal statistics

Employment relationship / evaluation

The position is a permanent employment relationship under collective bargaining law. At a later date, there will probably be an opportunity to increase the working hours to 100%.

Remuneration is based on the regulations of the TV-L. Depending on qualifications and personal requirements, the intended classification will be in pay group E 9b.
