- Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with the company s global business strategy and goals.
- Governance of all Compensation and Benefits related topics to ensure global standards for the whole Stepstone Group.
- Responsibility to further implement and maintain the internal job grading methodology as basis for salary bands, job titles, benefit structures.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure that the company s compensation and benefits packages are competitive and attract top talent across regions and countries where the company operates.
- Development and implementation of salary bands for the whole Stepstone Group. Managing and maintaining the company s compensation structure, ensuring it is fair, equitable and consistent.
- Oversee the administration of the company's benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and other employee benefits, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Development and management of the budget for compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they are cost-effective and sustainable across all regions.
- Guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters, including job evaluations, salary reviews, and employee benefits, taking into account local laws and cultural differences.
- Analysis and monitoring of compensation and benefits trends across different regions and countries to ensure that the company s programs remain competitive and compliant with local legal and regulatory requirements.
- Development and maintenance of strong relationships with external vendors, consultants and partners to ensure the company s programs are aligned with the industry best practices across all regions.
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Master s preferred.
- Minimum of 3-4 years in similar role
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful compensation and benefits programs across different regions and countries in matrixed organization.
- In-depth knowledge of global compensation and benefits laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision making sills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience leading a team across different cultures and regions
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
