Project Engineer
We are currently looking for a Project Engineer for Our Combined Cycle Plant in Germany who will support the Project Manager in order to plan, execute, finalize and supervise the realization of projects, for both Home Office and Site, to satisfy contractual obligations and with respect to the established targets, in general :
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution.
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
This includes cooperating and support to acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors, JV partners or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan, define and control the Project Driving Quantity from design to Close-Out.
The Project Engineer will also define, monitoring and oversee HSE requirements and quality control throughout its life cycle according to Company and Project Standards.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Support the Project Manager in all aspects of project planning and execution.
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Help identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical and logistical challenges.
- Ensure to complies always with all Company Policies, Procedures and Regulations in terms of Health, Safety, Environment, Security and Quality.
- Define project execution strategies in cooperation with Project Manager detail HSE Plan, Organization, Quality Plan, Risk Mitigation Plan, supervising planning and scheduling of activities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in project engineering or project management, preferably in the industrial plant sector.
- Familiarity with EPC project delivery processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, planning and organizing ability, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, leadership qualities and efficient team management skills, adaptability and capable to work under pressure.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Driven and focused, committed on high level of performance timely delivery of projects.
- Willingness to be a change agent.
- Fluent in English.
