Head of Accounting (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and their reconciliation to IFRS
• Proactive involvement in the ongoing migration from DATEV to MS Dynamics and continuous further development of the system landscape
• Evaluation and posting of business transactions in financial accounting via DATEV (later MS Dynamics)
• Commercial support and contact person (m / f / d) for the domestic and foreign companies of the international group of companies and auditors
• Audit and quality assurance of transactions and postings of the subsidiaries to ensure corporate standards
• Preparation of financial data for the Group and preparation of documents for reporting to management and the parent company
• Close cooperation with and support for the Tax, Treasury and Controlling departments
• Further development and standardization of the process landscape
• Disciplinary management and motivation of the accounting team

Your profile

• Completed studies in business administration specializing in accounting and / or further training as an accountant (m / f / d)
• Must have : Several years of professional experience in accounting in an international company, ideally in a project environment
• Several years of experience in annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
• Your IT skills : Experience in the introduction of an ERP system, ideally experience in working with MS Dynamics and DATEV, very good knowledge of Excel
• Your soft skills : Committed, structured and independent way of working, hands-on mentality
• Very good knowledge of English, other language skills an advantage
• Basic willingness to travel
