Together with my client, a premier European consulting, planning, and project management firm specializing in construction and real estate, we are looking for a "Lead : Sustainability Consulting".
Location : Munich & Hamburg
Salary : 120,000€

With a strong focus on delivering high-quality and efficient outcomes, they drive the success of complex projects across various industries, working closely with clients to implement forward-thinking and sustainable strategies.
The Role
- Create comprehensive technical and economic concepts for climate protection and energy, including decarbonization strategies for climate-positive industrial sites and energy suppliers.
- Develop and lead a cross-site consulting team focused on climate protection projects and energy.
- Take full responsibility for consulting projects related to the climate protection strategies, sustainable energy and green heat transition for both industrial energy consumers and energy suppliers.
- Collaborate with other divisions and experts to develop and maintain a network of contacts with owners, investors and users.
- Drive new customer acquisition, prepare offers and handle negotiations serving as the primary contact for both existing customers and new.
Your Profile
- Have 3-5 years of professional experience and solid management in the energy supply sector.
- Possess comprehensive generalist knowledge in green heat transition, energy transition, transformation concepts or sustainable energy supply.
- Degree focused on energy and environmental engineering, thermal engineering, renewable energies, or a similar qualification.
- Exhibit a consulting mentality strong leadership qualities, a conceptual vision and strong social skills.
- Willing to travel for projects around Germany.
- Fluent in German and have very good communication and spoken English skills.
