Senior Java Engineer (f/m/x) – dbSelect
Description
Your key responsibilities
Together with senior technologists in the team perform requirements analysis and propose technical design
Be responsible for front-to-back implementation of critical services, automation of business processes including integration into upstream and downstream systems
Design and develop components of trading / pricing / risk-management algos, design and develop surrounding ecosystem services
Review other team member’s code and mentor junior developers
Collaborate with QA team on test automation and with Dev Ops on continues SDLC and environment management improvements
Your skills and experiences
Strong math and strong knowledge of algorithms and complexity. Strong problem solving skills
Great knowledge of Core Java, standard library, industry standard frameworks is a plus
Experience with modern Web UI technologies is a plus, knowledge of standard market protocols or specifics of particular trading venues is a great plus
Good user-level knowledge of Linux
Good knowledge of modern SDLC toolstack Bitbucket, Jira, Artifactory, Jenkins / TeamCity, etc
Fluent written and spoken English
