German Speaking Customer Support Representative - Work from Greece

Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide clear and accurate information about the company's products and services while resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through friendly and professional support.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality and overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to provide reliable assistance.
- Follow established procedures to uphold quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous, but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools is preferred
- Reliable internet connection and an appropriate home office setup
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
- Flexibility to work on various shifts as necessary
