Sales Support Specialist - Renewals (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Contract management : You keep an eye on expiring contracts and pending extensions and take into account the various requests of our customers
• Renewal Campaigns : Together with our team we set up campaigns for existing contracts, inform them about product changes and work on upselling opportunities
• CRM administration : You keep our CRM in shape, drive its further development, and ensure that our customer campaigns and interactions are well documented
• Offers & billing : You support the sales team in preparing offers, responding to tenders and billing support services and subscription contracts
• You want and you can do more? Don't worry, there are lots of other exciting tasks!

Your profile

• You are diligent and work precisely and reliably
• You speak and write fluent and accurate German and English, other languages are not required, but a big 'plus’
• You enjoy working with customers and colleagues to find the best solutions for them
• You like communicating with different people & stakeholders and their various personalities and interests
• You take joy in facing new and unknown situations, making the best of it and learning from them
• You don't get rattled by a little chaos, have a hands-on mentality and keep a cool head when the house is on fire
• You don’t have to be a technology nerd, but a general interest would be great
• Ideally (not a must), you already have some experience in a sales or back office role
