Your tasks
- Successful discussion of a highly innovative diabetes care portfolio with a special focus on our Continuous Glucose Monitoring for targeted sales maximization
- Maintain existing customer relationships and acquire new customers for our products through routine customer visits according to targets (days in the field, visit frequency, etc.)
- Prepare and support the launch of new products / technologies in the assigned territory
- Support effective regional Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management
- Development of measures (together with the line manager) to acquire and retain strategically important customers
- Continuous market and competition monitoring
- Implementation of product training events in the territory
- Daily reporting via the CRM system as well as timely and accurate execution of all administrative tasks according to the specifications of the division or supervisor (team conference calls, e-mail communication, etc.)
Your profile
- Completed studies in a business or scientific discipline or a comparable qualification
- Alternatively, further training as a certified pharmaceutical sales representative (IHK) and / or diabetes consultant or nutritionist
- Several years of demonstrably successful experience as a sales representative in the sales force of a medical technology / pharmaceutical or FMCG company
- Ideally knowledge of the diabetes industry and local market conditions
- High sales competence as well as communication and negotiation skills
- Flexibility and strong active listening skills
- Very good German and good English skills
