As they continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Inside Sales Team Leader to join their Frankfurt-based team.
Key Responsibilities :
As an Inside Sales Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales team to success. Your responsibilities will include :
- Leading and mentoring a team of 2 Inside Sales Representatives
- Setting and achieving sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies and tactics.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the B2B market.
- Building and nurturing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and liaising with Mid-Market and Enterprise sales teams to achieve this.
Must Haves :
- 3-5 years of Inside Sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Experience developing at both Mid-Market
- Previous experience leading a team of sales representatives.
- Player-Coach style team leader with the ability to sell and mentor.
- Business Level English
- Knowledge of the fintech B2B SaaS industry (highly advantageous).
