You are a highly motivated and talented Master's student looking for an exciting thesis project? We are eager to supervise and support your Master's thesis in our cutting-edge AI research and development team.

This is a unique opportunity to delve into deep learning and machine learning architecture development, with direct applications in image processing and computer vision, specifically within the field of cancer pathology.

Conduct research on novel neural network architectures and their implementation in practice

Master’s Thesis Topic

Integration of experimental model features into advanced encoder architectures for application in cancer pathology

• Develop and test deep learning models for image processing in the field of pathology
• Analyze and interpret data to evaluate the performance of developed models
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate new algorithms into existing systems
• Document research findings and contribute to the preparation of publications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
• Currently enrolled in a Master's program and looking for an innovative industry Master's Thesis
• Strong interest in deep learning (DL) architecture development and image processing / computer vision in the field of medicine
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficiency with Python and Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch
• First touch points with Unix bases systems, cloud computing resources and / or high-performance computer systems
• Initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
