Your tasks?
- You support the Developer Productivity department in organizing and coordinating strategic focus areas.
- Your particular focus is on the key attack areas.
- You also strengthen and expand the internal community management.
- You work proactively on the further development of topics and projects.
- In your daily work, you are actively involved in a dynamic environment.
Your profile
You complete a degree in business administration, business informatics or a similar program.
Ideally, you could already gather experience in moderation or facilitation of teams.
You have strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
Your communication skills and your confident and friendly manner make you a valuable team member.
Strong team skills, initiative and creativity are among your strengths.
You enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and spoken German and English round off your profile.

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly.
In coordination with your team and your contact person, you also have the opportunity to work remotely. In addition, almost all of our positions are suitable for part-time work.
