As the VP Sales EMEA you will...
- build and lead the sales team in the EMEA region as a second-line manager;
- manage sales pipeline, ensuring robust health and highest quality in opportunity qualification and deal playing;
- monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adapting strategies as necessary to meet and exceed objectives;
- ensure the availability and quality of sales collateral and tools to increase efficiency and quality of our processes;
- collaborate closely with the global leadership team and work cross-functionally with other stakeholders at vivenu to align on our global strategy and continuously improve and share best practices.
- holds a Masters or equivalent advanced degree
- boasts a proven track record as an individual contributor for 4-5 years in a customer-facing role
- Have served as a sales leader for at least 3 years, demonstrating the ability to exceed sales quotas and drive a team to exceptional performance
- possesses experience in managing large projects in complex environments with multiple stakeholders
- shows proven experience in leading by example and fostering a high-performance culture
- exhibits a high-energy coaching mentality, prepared to mentor and develop sales team members, fostering a culture of achievement and continuous improvement
preferably) brings experience from a tier 1 consulting firm, big tech, or a high-growth startup
