Unser Auftraggeber ist ein renommiertes Unternehmen in der Öl- und Gasindustrie. Der Fokus des Unternehmens liegt auf der Untersuchung, Erschließung und Verwertung von Kohlenwasserstoffen, insbesondere in Deutschland, und es bietet zusätzlich umfangreiche Dienstleistungen in der Tiefbohrtechnik.
Einsatzort : Region Rhein-Neckar Eine regelmäßige Vor-Ort-Bereitschaft zur Überwachung und Koordination des laufenden operativen Betriebes ist zwingend erforderlich.
Über die Position : In einer anspruchsvollen und dynamischen Arbeitsumgebung suchen wir eine Fachkraft, die Projekte (Bohrarbeiten, Workover und anderen Bohrlocharbeiten sowie Fördertests) in fremdoperierten Betrieben betreut sowie kleinere Umsetzungen ausführt.
Sie agieren in einer beratenden Rolle und arbeiten eng mit dem Operator zusammen, um zielführende Lösungen in der Planung und Ausführung zu erzielen.
Ihre Aufgaben :
- Unterstützung von Komplettierungs-, Bohrungs- und Bohrprojekten von der Konzeptstudie bis zur Ausführung, inklusive Erstellung und Bewertung von Bohrungskonzepten und Spezifikationen sowie Konzepte für Test- und Freiförderung.
- Operatives Controlling, Durchführung von Vor-Ort-Inspektionen und Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards (HSE).
- Qualitätssicherung, Risikobewertung und -minderung sowie effektive Kommunikation mit dem Operator und anderen Fachleuten.
- Durchführung kleinerer operativer Maßnahmen in eigenoperierten Feldern.
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung in Komplettierungs- und Bohrprojekten, einschließlich Well Intervention und Well Maintenance, mit fundierten Kenntnissen in Komplettierungs- und Bohrtechniken sowie Erfahrung in Fördertechnik und Verfahrenstechnik.
- Technische Ausbildung im Erdölbereich oder Studium als Petroleum Ingenieur, Tiefbohrtechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Kompetenzen in Projektkoordination, Konfliktmanagement und Kommunikation.
- Analytische und problemlösungsorientierte Denkweise, Fähigkeit zur Vermittlung komplexer technischer Informationen.
- IWCF-Level 4 (Enhanced Drilling and Well Intervention) wünschenswert.
