Administrative Assistant
Global Alternative Investment Firm Central Frankfurt location
1 day home office, up to €50k salary
Would you like to work for a reputable global alternative investment firm in a hands-on and varied role? Are you a team player who takes initiative, possesses a strong service mindset and strong attention to detail?
Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team in their centrally located Frankfurt office.
You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to investment professionals in the firm’s Frankfurt and global offices, while working closely with a wonderfully supportive Office Manager on the day to day.
Key responsibilities :
- Scheduling internal and external meetings
- Coordinating complex international travel arrangements
- Planning internal and external events
- Processing expenses
- Providing reception support, meeting and greeting visitors
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Answering phones and screening calls for the team
- Preparing and translating correspondence in German and English
- Printing and binding marketing presentations
- Assisting the team on projects as required
- Providing support to the Office Manager as required
Key requirements :
- Fluent in both German and English language
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- 1-3 years relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience supporting a team in a professional, fast paced environment
