About the Role

To support our Group Office, we are looking a mandatory intern / working student (m / f / x) in our Purchasing department starting at the beginning / middle of September.

Your Responsibilities

• Support with various reports using PowerBi (e.g. supplier reporting)
• Support in the further development of purchasing and analysis tools
• Support in the preparation of tenders and negotiations
• Close cooperation with neighbouring departments (HR, Finance, Operations, etc.)
• Administrative activities, internal and external communication

Your preferred qualifications

• Third or higher semester of an economics or related studies
• Very good commercial or IT understanding
• High IT affinity and knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerBi an advantage)
• First experience through internships or working student activities desirable

• High level of commitment, flexibility, good communication and teamwork skills
• Independent and structured way of working
• Very good English skills
• Willingness and availability for an employment period of 6 months or longer

Site Benefits

Remuneration for working students

Bachelor student : 14 euros per hour

Master student : 16 Euro per hour

Remuneration for compulsory internship 950 Euro per month
