Freelance Automation Specialist
Location : Germany (Remote & On-Site Projects)
Type : Freelance Contract
Experience Required : 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and optimize automation systems for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and validate automated solutions that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation hardware and software, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Lead and support the commissioning, qualification, and validation of automation systems in compliance with GMP guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to maintain competitive edge and ensure best practices.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in automation within the Life Sciences industry (pharma, biotech, or medical devices).
- Proven expertise in PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, or MES systems, with a strong understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently as a freelancer, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel within Germany as needed for on-site projects.
