Computer Scientist in Digital Cancer Prevention
Job description :
- Join the design and software development team and work on the integration of risk prediction models for personalized cancer prevention
- Communicate within an interdisciplinary team including domain experts
- Enable content generation through development of suitable digital prevention tools at the NCPC
- Bring the developments into our cloud platform for large-scale application
- Publications and presentation of the project results
Requirements :
- Master's degree in informatics or a related scientific discipline (e.g. computer science, mathematics, physics or statistics)
- Strong analytical and software development skills are essential
- Experience with programming / scripting languages (e.g. C++ and Python) is essential
- Experience with machine learning and associated software stacks is beneficial
- Experience with high-performance computing environments and cloud technologies is beneficial
- Reliability, attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary international team will be expected
