Daikin Europe NV (DENV) is a subsidiary of Daikin Industries Limited, a Japanese multinational and worldwide the biggest producer and supplier of HVAC-R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) solutions, including heating pumps and cooling technology.
DENV is Daikin’s sales, development, and production headquarters for Europe, the Middle-East and Africa comprising headquarter offices in Brussels and Oostende, 8 production plants, 24 sales subsidiaries and offices and a whole network of independent distributors and dealers across the EMEA region.
Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) is a branch of DENV located in Warsaw. As a competency center we aim at being one of the driving forces behind the processes transformation : optimization, standardization and automation in the areas of supply, service, master data, controlling, financial reporting and HR.
It is your role to ensure smooth processing of the sales and purchase order for AHT products. You will be physically based in Warsaw, but you would be a member of virtual AHT AND DENV ESC (European Supply Centre) Team.
Your responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth process from Sales Order to Purchase Order,
- Daily follow up of the report showing inconsistencies between purchase and sales orders placed in two operating systems and communicating discrepancies to the stakeholders,
- Idoc monitoring,
- Alignment of delivery dates in SO & PO,
- Monitor the automatic processing of Inbound process,
- Contacting Supplier and Sales Affiliates to complete missing information,
- invoice and PO verification,
- Acting as a Helpdesk for Sales Affiliates,
- Regular KPI reporting and ad hoc reporting,
- Keeping the process documentation up-to-date,
- Ensuring all the stakeholders in the process are well trained.
Our requirements
Experience, education and technical skills :
- Bachelor or Master’s degree
- Relevant working experience in sales administration, order management administration or similar (min. 4 years of experience),
- Good knowledge of Excel (VBA will be also an advantage),
- Knowledge of SAP ERP,
- Knowledge of at least one of the following modules (SD, MM, PP, F&R),
- Fluency in English (written and spoken),
- Knowledge of any other European language (especially German) is a plus,
