Bug Bounty Program Coordinator (m / f / d) L eased Labor for 18 months

Your mission

• Assist the Bug Bounty Program Manager in overseeing daily program activities
• Serve as a point of contact for security researchers under the guidance of the Program Manager
• Attend security conferences, connect with security researchers and engage them into the bug bounty programs
• Ensure that program documentation including scope, rules, and guidelines are consistent, updated and communicated
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the program related processes.
• Assist in the preliminary assessment of the submitted reports
• Monitor and respond, whenever necessary to general inquiries and submissions in a timely manner
• Maintain positive relationships with the security researcher community
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all program activities

Your areas of expertise

• 2 years of experience in program coordination or project management
• Excellent organizational abilities with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in using project tracking tools
• Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
• Project management related certification (e.g. PMP) is a nice to have
• Familiarity with information security processes, especially with bug bounty programs or vulnerability disclosure processes is advantageous
