JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a committed and forward-thinking personality to assist our legal team in Munich. Our team supports all TRATON business areas and our brands in all legal matters related to M&A corporate law antitrust law procurement research & development production logistics IT / new technologies and finance.
Supporting our legal team in international projects contract negotiations and legal proceedings
Organizing meetings creating minutes and monitoring deadlines
You conduct national and international correspondence clearly professionally and with commitment
Managing travel planning billing and communication with external law firms
Responsible for a consistent structure in files folders and processes
YOUR SKILLS
You have a completed training as a legal specialist (Rechtsfachwirt
- in) legal assistant (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte
- r) or foreign language correspondent (Fremdsprachenkorrespondent
- in)
Your professional experience is at least 5 years ideally in an international environment
You bring very good German and English language skills both written and spoken
And above all : You show enjoyment of teamwork personal responsibility and a varied workday
