Senior Frontend Developer (all genders!)
THE ROLE
As a Senior Frontend Developer (m / f / d) at Cobrainer, y ou will contribute to the vision of the Cobrainer products by actively shaping and drafting architectural decisions to ensure reliable and performant state-of- the-art products with exceptional user experience.
IN THIS ROLE
- Work closely with the Product Management Team, the Customer Success Team as well as with the Design and Backen Teams.
- Be responsible to build the frontend for Cobrainer Talent.
- Valuate design concepts with the UX team and translate it into implementations of styling and interaction.
- Initiate and facilitate a close collaboration between your team and the product manager, QA’s, and with designers to ship new components and features.
- Drive decisions in feature refinement meetings.
- Provide a unique user experience, increasing user interaction, user signups, and customer return impact through Cobrainer Talent while ensuring maintainability.
- Build complex and highly scalable frontend applications in close cooperation with our Product Lead and the development team as well as work within a dynamic and international environment with an agile working culture using methodologies such as SCRUM or Kanban.
- Build the front-end framework as the basis for current and future frontend development, pass on your knowledge within the development team and work intensively with the UX team.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- You have a strong track record in a in a comparable role.
- You bring along s everal years of professional experience developing frontend solutions.
- You show excellent knowledge in component-based web technologies.
- You have a deep understanding of technical product aspects and interplay.
- You have profound coding experience in react and next.js or similar framework.
- You know all about clean code and test-driven development.
- Experience with atomic design.
- Experience with E2E testing frameworks.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- You have an intrinsic drive to roll-up your sleeves and get things done; as a self-starter you work productively, independently and collaboratively.
