The Global Customer Service & Parts (GCSP) division is responsible for the global service and parts business and ensures a profitable after-sales business for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars and vans across all divisions.

This includes close cooperation with international markets and distributors. Our division is also driving forward the intelligent networking of vehicles and new mobility concepts.

Within GCSP, our team at the Stuttgart-Vaihingen site is responsible for business development and sales for the commodities tires, oils and chemical products for Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars & Vans and is assigned to Parts Product Management & Commercial Business.

As a working student, you will join a highly motivated and young team in which you can learn a lot.

These are some of the challenges you will face :

• Organization and preparation of topic-relevant events such as team workshops, regular communications, supplier and customer meetings including content preparation
• Supporting the creation of strategic presentations, project schedules and decision-making documents
• Elaboration, further development and implementation of project-specific tasks on sales and product management topics, such as tender process, evaluation options for sales data, product launch and product change process and marketing topics
• Supporting the logistical processing of trial parts and supporting the team on various topics
• Creation of informative presentations and preparation of data for meetings and workshops
• Reading test results and interpreting them in order to prepare technical approvals
• Regular analyses to identify potential for the development of further products
• Support with fleet management and responsibility for ensuring that vehicles are always ready for use
• Collaboration in reporting
• Research work and support for the entire team

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business administration, (industrial) engineering or a comparable course of study
• Proficient in written and spoken German and English
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Driving license class B
• Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
• Commitment, enthusiasm and ability to work in a team
• Initial experience in after-sales or workshop experience is an advantage
