Your responsibilities
- Lead complex carve-out projects as part of M&A transactions
- Report to the respective M&A project lead
- Prepare detailed project plans including target operating model and carve-out reports, and conduct progress supervision
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Operations, Legal, Finance, Tax and IT to ensure smooth separation processes
- Work with external advisors (e.g. carve-out advisors, law firms and tax advisors) to ensure successful transaction execution
- Conduct TSA negotiations with buyers and other stakeholders
Your profile
- University degree (master’s degree) in relevant field (e.g. Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering) with outstanding academic results
- Proven experience in M&A related carve-outs, ideally within advisory roles (Big 4). Prior experience in the energy sector is highly desirable
- Strong conceptual and analytical mind with the ability to simultaneously consider a multitude of different variables
- High degree of self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to independently manage carve-out projects under tight deadlines and high pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across the Uniper Group
- Hard-working, well-organized and open-minded individual
- Willingness to travel
