The delivery service team is responsible for managing external couriers in the DACH region. This mainly includes securing sufficient capacity and the flawless process of delivering orders to the customer.

The key role of the delivery service team is to ensure best financial rates for delivering orders, while ensuring our high quality aspects are continuously met and repeatedly improved.

The delivery service team has a major impact on the satisfaction of the end customer who expects to receive the food ordered in the required quantity, time and quality.

Your role :

To build and lead the delivery service team for DACH. Establish process and procedures around capacity tendering and delivery service optimization.

To be responsible for the status and adherence to set rules and processes. To be a team player who wants to move our company forward and change the world of online shopping.

Key Responsibilities :

• build scalable DSP model in DACH
• work closely with legal department to ensure full legal compliance of delivery service model in DACH
• negotiations with the supplier
• leading and setting goals for the entire delivery service partner pool
• Negotiating favourable conditions in favour of Rohlik Group
• Responsibility for the management of Rohlik long-term DSP operations
• Reduce Last mile cost
• put into practice smarter and more efficient solutions within DSP setup
• control over compliance with processes across the company
• Responsibility for the achievement of set targets
• Drive - Have enough energy to work in a challenging environment and be able to transfer it to people
• Logical thinking, quick decision making, creativity - the ability to cope in situations where a task needs to be completed and standard methods or set processes are not sufficient at the time
• Ability to deal with crisis situations
• Concentration - the ability to accommodate the large amount of data and situations that take place in logistics without losing focus on the things and outcomes that need to be delivered
