Our client's Transformation division is seeking a skilled Schedule Manager to lead our clients' endeavors to new heights.

Projects As an appointment manager, you’ll be an integral part of challenging and diverse projects, working on our clients’ long-term construction and infrastructure initiatives.
Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders, your proactive approach will ensure the successful and efficient implementation of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects aligned with project goals.
Mission In your role as an appointment manager, you’ll create, track, and manage schedules. Regular progress assessments, scenario development, and reporting support will be essential.
When deviations occur, you’ll analyze plan / target / actual data and develop actionable recommendations for project management in collaboration with stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Table
- A degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, architecture, or a related field with technical and / or commercial specialization.
- Practical experience in schedule management for construction projects or construction project management, with a keen interest in planning, control, and implementation of large-scale infrastructure and plant construction projects.
- Ideally, familiarity with relevant regulations and laws (e.g., AHO, VOB, HOAI) and industry-specific appointment management software (e.
g., Primavera P6, Tilos, MS Project).
Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
Additional Considerations
When applying, please be aware that this role involves an average of approximately 3 days of travel per week, and we’ll need information about your availability.
