Chemical Engineer
Role - Chemical Engineer / Operator
Duration - 6-12 months (Potential Extension)

Location - Onsite in Regensburg (Germany)
One of my big clients is urgently looking for a Chemical Engineer / Operator to support a big upcoming project. The client needs an expert who MUST speak German fluently and have experience with API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient).
Role :
- Preparation and execution of chemical reactions based on elaborated synthesis instructions
- Carrying out work in accordance with cGMP and ISO guidelines
- Compliance with site-specific safety regulations and recognition of safety deficiencies
- Willingness to work semi-continuous shifts, including night work
- You will ensure a clean, tidy working environment and assist with the correct disposal of chemicals
- Actively contribute suggestions for improvement and support the implementation of improvement activities
Experience :
- Safe handling of hazardous substances and chemicals
- Ideally professional experience in preparative organic chemistry
- Experience with working according to cGMP guidelines is an advantage Knowledge, skills, abilities
- Enjoy developing new things, especially in an interdisciplinary team and supporting various projects
- Willingness to work with protective equipment
- Manual dexterity and physical resilience
- Ability to work in a team
- Fluency in German, ideally also good knowledge of English
- PC and Windows / Office skills are a prerequisite
- Ability to organise yourself, work independently, show initiative and take the utmost care
- You see the demands of a chemical development environment in terms of resilience, flexibility and stamina as an incentive
Qualifications :
- Completed vocational training as a chemical technician or chemical production specialist (f / m / d)
