Your role
- Establish and lead the PMO, setting up governance structures, project management methodologies, and best practices
- Oversee the execution of key projects and programs, ensuring alignment with the university's strategic goals
- Play the role of program manager for a strategic transformation aiming at simplifying our processes and migrate our ERP to the newest version (SAP S4)
- Ensure the visibility of the overall roadmap for cross-functional projects and their progress
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the PMO team, ensuring successful project delivery
- Engage with key stakeholders, including executive management, to communicate project portfolio progress, risks, and issues
Your profile
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience and certifications in PMP, PRINCE2 or Hermes
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in PMO or program management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale programs, with a focus on process simplification and operational efficiency
- Extensive experience working in an Agile and Waterfall environment
- Strong background in project and program management, with a focus on process simplification and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of driving change in a complex organization
