About the role :

We are looking for a Team Lead Enterprise Sales to motivate and guide our growing team in the DACH region. Partnering with the Sales, Marketing, BDR, and Revenue Operations departments as well as upper-level management, the Team Lead Enterprise Sales will develop and own the vision for increasing Speexx's reach and revenue in a competitive and rapidly changing market.

Our ideal candidate is a collaborative leader, with the experience and interpersonal skills to kickstart and scale next-level business acquisition at Speexx.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a global and dynamic team and positively impact the HR Learning & Development industry from day one.

What you'll do :

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of seasoned Account Executives to ensure high engagement, continuous sales process improvement, and regional success in a rapidly growing market
  • Provide strategic support in deal design to meet customer goals and deliver exceptional value through our industry-leading people development platform.
  • Foster accountability for the effective implementation of the MEDDICC Sales methodology, both in practice and within Dynamics 365.
  • Develop territory strategies to broaden our reach and acquire new accounts.
  • Create sales playbooks and offer sales enablement support, adhering to SaaS industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to enhance sales funnel performance and report directly to the Managing Director for DACH.

  • Proven Sales Leadership : A proven track record of successful sales management experience, leading high performing teams within an HR L&D enterprise environment.
  • Communication Skills : Effective communication skills to influence management, clients, and teams and build trust, confidence and long-lasting partnerships.
  • Spirit of Innovation : Proactively find new ways to drive impactful results, embracing a culture of creativity and curiosity.
  • Organizational Commitment : Demonstrate appreciation and dedication to the organization, fostering a supportive environment for employees while balancing their needs with organizational goals.
  • Emotional Intelligence : Excel in team settings through exceptional communication skills, fostering deep understanding, empathy, and collaboration to guide teams towards shared goals.
  • Educational Background : A Bachelor's degree is preferred, highlighting a solid foundation of knowledge and skills in areas like marketing, sales, and business acquisition.
