Your Responsibilities Senior Fund Lawyer Legal Investment Fund

• You will oversee the setup, regularization, and structuring of AIF and UCITS funds .
• Draft, review, and amend contracts for partnerships and clients.
• Lead negotiations and ensure favorable outcomes for the firm and its clients.
• Provide support and guidance to associates and junior staff.
• Act as the main point of contact with third parties (CSSF, notaries, etc.).

Profile and Career Path Senior Fund Lawyer Legal Investment Fund

• You have at least 6 years of experience, preferably in a renowned law firm.
• Fluency in English and French will facilitate integration into the team and communication with clients. Knowledge of German is a valuable asset.
• Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to mentor others will be key to succeeding in this role.
