As a Circular Menswear Designer, you will play a pivotal role in redefining our menswear collection with a focus on sustainability, circularity, and innovative design.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise in fashion design and knowledge of sustainable practices to create collections that are both trendsetting and aligned with our brand's commitment to environmental stewardship.

Your responsibilities

• Design innovative, sustainable menswear collections that align with brand identity and commercial objectives.
• Incorporate circular design principles, ensuring that all products are created with the end of life and recycling potential in mind.
• Conduct thorough trend research, focusing on sustainable materials, circular design processes, and market innovations to influence design concepts.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Sourcing teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and adhere to timelines.
• Work with cross-functional teams to manage the entire lifecycle of the product, from concept through to production, while minimizing environmental impact.
• Build and maintain close working relationships across departments to foster collaboration and break down silos.
• Provide clear, objective, and constructive feedback to peers and stakeholders to improve processes and product outcomes.
• Present and communicate trends, designs, and sustainability strategies clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Support the development of key styles that embody both trend and sustainability, balancing creativity and commercial viability.
• Ensure all designs meet our sustainability standards, optimize margins, and enhance the brand's story and impact.

What you bring

• A degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, Apparel Graphics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in menswear design with a strong understanding of sustainable and circular design principles.
• Expertise in Flatknit design and garment construction.
• Solid knowledge of trend forecasting, innovation in sustainable materials, and processes, with the ability to communicate these effectively.
• Proficiency in 3D design software, product development, and product lifecycle management (PDM / PLM) systems.
• A collaborative mindset, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), particularly in manufacturing and technical terms; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
• A passion for sustainability, innovation, and fashion, with a drive to push boundaries and create meaningful change in the industry.
