At 20 , we are committed to transforming the landscape of energy-efficient renovation. Since our inception in 2023, we've assisted over 200 homeowners in their renovation journeys, and we're just getting started.

Our goal is clear : to facilitate climate-neutral building stock in Germany by offering simple, affordable, and sustainable solutions to homeowners.

Aufgaben

Vision and Strategy :

• Developing and refining the company's vision and strategic direction in alignment with its mission and market dynamics.
• Setting clear goals and objectives to drive the company's growth and impact in the energy-efficient refurbishment sector.

Leadership and Team Building :

• Building and nurturing a high-performing team by recruiting top talent and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Providing strong leadership and mentorship to empower team members and drive organizational success.

Sales and Revenue Generation :

• Leading the sales and business development efforts to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue streams.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Fundraising and Financial Management :

• Securing funding to support the company's growth and expansion plans through successful fundraising efforts.
• Managing the company's finances and resources prudently to ensure sustainable growth and financial stability.

Operational Excellence :

• Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, and quality in all aspects of the business.
• Implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance overall performance.

Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement :

• Cultivating strategic partnerships and collaborations with industry stakeholders, investors, and other key partners to drive mutual success and achieve shared objectives.
• Representing the company externally and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and influence.

Qualifikation

Experience :

• Previous startup founder experience
• Successful fundraising track record in Germany
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead organizations of at least 20 people
• Prior exit experience (at least €1M)
• Ideally, industry expertise in real estate

Skills :

• Proficiency in building and leading high-performing teams
• Strong sales acumen
• Proven track record in fundraising
• Exceptional analytical and logical capabilities
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Fluency in both German and English

Network :

• Ideally part of a robust alumni network such as WHU, McKinsey etc.
• Extensive connections within the entrepreneurial community, particularly in the Berlin ecosystem

Personal Attributes :

• Passionate about assembling a stellar team
• Highly self-motivated with a relentless drive for success
• Willing to invest the necessary time and effort
• Exceptional mental resilience to navigate challenges and setbacks

Education :

• Business / Management degree
• Ideally from a top-tier business school with good / very good grades
