Hauptaufgaben

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, stripping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors using heavy industrial powered equipment. This includes basic machine maintenance such as oiling and changing brushes or buffers.
• Maintaining specified areas, shops, and warehouses in an orderly and clean condition. This includes sweeping, picking up scraps (wood, metal, etc.), and organizing the designated workspaces.
• Disposing of boxes, crates, and trash; moving scrap and trash cans to central pickup locations; and safely removing spilled liquids like oil and hydraulic fluids from floors.
• Using chemicals and specialized cleaning solutions to remove stains from a variety of surfaces, including rugs, drapes, walls, floors, and fixtures.
• Washing windows (inside and outside) as well as cleaning venetian blinds, ceiling fixtures, and room partitions. This involves the safe setup and use of ladders, scaffolds, squeegees, and safety belts.
• Independently planning and sequencing daily tasks within a general master schedule, alongside inspecting safety gear (like safety belts) to keep it in good working condition.

No specific experience or education required. Applicant must be able to perform the duties of the position after brief instructions.
