Investment Banking Vice President (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in delivering financial budgets and overall growth as well as financial success, via the origination and execution of financial advisory mandates;
- Work closely with the Manging Partner to manage and develop national and international client relationships within the of the covered sectors of Blue Tree Group;
- Driving the execution of m&a and equity as well as debt transactions and the development of client materials, typically assisted by Analysts or Associates;
- Be Deal Captain in relevant transactions and manage internal and external teams; and
- Assist the Senior Sector Advisors as well as the Managing Partner in executing business development campaigns.
Prerequisites
- Master’s degree with a strong academic track record and studies abroad;
- The candidate must have at least 5 years of lead M&A and / or debt financing experience;
- Robust financial and analytical skill set as well as the candidate should havepleted the Analyst or Associate financial training programme at an investment bank;
- Strong organisational skills and a growth mindset;
- Keen to develop new skills and to head an industry sector;
- Transaction experience either in the Technology & Software or in the CRS space; and
- Collaborate effectively within an international team and positive outlook with a can-do attitude.
