Role
Providing technical product support, you will play an important role as customers point of contact when raising & handling technical issues.
You'll also utilise your client interactions to work collaboratively with the engineering teams to develop product enhancements
Requirements
- Ability to speak fluently in German & English
- Experience troubleshooting networking devices
- Analytical, self-starter mentality and capacity for outside-of-the-box thinking
- Strong verbal and written communication with the ability
- Prior experience within a helpdesk environment
- Desired; Prior experience within a physical security environment
On Offer
- Salary range at 40k - 45k Euros

- Fully remote working - standard Mon-Fri hours (no weekend / out of hours commitments)
