Head of NetLine Scheduling Products (m/f/diverse)
Our development and support team in Germany, Hungary and in the future India (ca. 100 colleagues) is looking for a new leader who will complete their DevOps journey.
As Head of NetLine Scheduling Products (m / f / diverse) you are responsible for :
- Developing and implementing qualification and development plans for team members
- Coaching the team to adapt agile principles and best practices in product development and operations
- Development, delivery and support of Scheduling & Optimization products such as NetLine Plan, HubControl, Sched, Slot & SchedConnect
- Planning, monitoring and reporting of the budget for the area of responsibility
- Establishing and continuously developing the organization & processes
- Ensuring that metrics are defined, continuously measured and improvement measures are initiated
- Planning team capacity for product development and maintenance activities to meet the desired service levels and quality requirements defined with the functional & technical stakeholders
- Supporting cross-divisional & cross-location cooperation

You have a completed degree and professional experience in customer support or software development. You are distinguished by your excellent social & intercultural competence, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, strong teamwork skills and customer orientation and bring follow skills :
- 5+ years of experience leading large software development teams (25-50 members) and / or customer support organizations
- Proven experience as a project manager (m / f / diverse), preferably in software implementation projects
- Strong leadership with a willingness to take on responsibility and ability to develop decision-ready proposals, considering corporate and economic principles
- Expertise in modern agile software development methodologies and organizational practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English (C1 or above) and conversational German (B2 or above)
- Willingness to travel and work at domestic and international locations
