Im Betrieb Offshore stelle ich die Verfügbarkeit der 50Hertz-Kabelanlagen sowie die Durchführung von Instandhaltungsprojekten sicher und wirke aktiv beim Offshore-Netzausbau mit.

Das macht den Job für mich interessant: Im Offshore-Betrieb von 50Hertz sorge ich dafür, dass unsere Hochspannungskabelanlagen zuverlässig funktionieren - und gestalte aktiv den Netzausbau auf See mit. Dabei bin ich Teil eines engagierten Teams, das mit #KeepingTheLightsOn die Energiewende vorantreibt. Die Kombination aus technischer Verantwortung, Projektarbeit und Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen macht den Job für mich besonders spannend und bietet mir viele Möglichkeiten zur Weiterentwicklung.

Meine Aufgaben

• Ich plane und führe Instandhaltungsprojekte für Offshore-Kabelanlagen durch,
• Ich arbeite an Netzausbau- und Innovationsprojekten mit,
• Ich überwache die Verfügbarkeit unserer Kabelanlagen und achte dabei auf alle relevanten Sicherheits- und Umweltvorgaben,
• Ich bewerte den technischen Zustand der Anlagen, berechne elektrische Parameter und leite Maßnahmen ab,
• Ich begleite Projekte auch kaufmännisch und vertraglich - von Budgetplanung bis zur Gewährleistungsüberwachung,
• Ich prüfe Montagemethoden, analysiere Auswirkungen auf die Versorgungssicherheit und überwache die Umsetzung,
• Ich beantworte externe technische Anfragen und führe Schulungen sowie Unterweisungen durch,
• Ich bin Teil unseres Bereitschaftssystems.

Mein Kompetenzprofil

• Studium der Elektrotechnik oder Energietechnik,
• Erfahrung mit Hoch- oder Mittelspannungskabeln, idealerweise auch Offshore,
• Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und Vertragswesen sind von Vorteil,
• Ich arbeite strukturiert, kommuniziere klar und stimme mich zuverlässig mit
  allen Beteiligten ab,
• Ich behalte auch bei komplexen Aufgaben den Überblick und setze Prioritäten,
• Offshore-Tauglichkeit, gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ein PKW-Führerschein bringe ich mit,
• Mein sicherer Umgang mit SAP, Datenbanken und MS Office rundet mein Profil ab.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
