This role combines warehouse and logistics activities with simple, routine production-related tasks, ensuring smooth material flow, reliable inventory levels, and basic production support. The position plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency across warehouse and production.Essential Job FunctionsPicking and commissioning of goods for production and shipmentCoordination of goods receipt and dispatch, including execution of related inventory transactions in the warehouse management systemEnsuring proper storage & packaging of products in line with internal quality standardsPerforming regular stock checks and inventory counts to ensure accurate inventory levelsInvestigating potential posting errors, carrying out corrective inventory postings, and implementing corrective and preventive measuresSupporting production by providing components in accordance with production schedulesPerforming simple manual production tasks, e.g. basic assemblies, labeling, packaging, or repackaging of products as well as simple inspection of parts and assembliesskills and abilities requiredExperience working with warehouse management systems and MS Office applicationsExperience with Kanban systems and standard warehouse processesReliable and detail‑oriented working styleExperience with common MS Office applications and working with an ERP systemGood German language skills, both written and spokenBonus skills and experienceSeveral years of professional experience in a warehouse and production environmentNice to have: English language skillsEducation and Experience and/or equivalentCompleted as a warehouse logistics specialist or a comparable qualificationPhysical demandsThe role involves regular warehouse activities such as picking, packing, and material handling.Occasional lifting and handling of heavier components or assemblies is required.The role also involves prolonged standing and walking.
