What You'll Do Every Day (The Daily Vibe)

• Be the Coffee Hero: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from German-speaking customers to assist with their premium espresso and kitchen gadgets.
• Provide Smart After-Sales Support: Guide users through fun, uncomplex daily scenarios—from setting up their new machines and troubleshooting simple quirks to handling delivery status and refund inquiries.
• Work with Top Tech: Manage your daily customer interactions smoothly using industry-leading CRM software (Salesforce) and cutting-edge internal AI applications.
• Join a Massive Community: Build a great network as part of the largest language team on this project, working in a bustling environment where English keeps everyone connected.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or C1-level fluency in German, paired with a solid command of English (B2–C1) for your training and software systems.
• PC Basics: Comfortable navigating computers with a steady typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
• Mindset: An open-minded, communicative, and solution-driven personality who loves interacting with people.
• Pilot Program Flexibility: Ready to jump into our exciting German pilot team! This means structured daytime schedules (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays; 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends) and a willingness to work weekend shifts (mostly Saturdays) once you are settled in.
